1. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, or use the website in a way that may harm NexWheel, our customers, or third parties.
2. Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, colors, features, speed, range, weight, and availability. However, product details may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates, lighting, screen display differences, or supplier improvements.
Before placing an order, please carefully review all product information, including dimensions, total weight, battery range, speed, assembly requirements, and intended use.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment approval.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, payment issues, or incorrect information.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping options may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, or availability issues at any time.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our products are large, heavy, and high-value items. Delivery may be handled by freight carrier, LTL truck delivery, or other large-item shipping services.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and reachable phone number. Some deliveries may require an appointment with the carrier.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, take photos before opening and contact us as soon as possible.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the size, weight, and value of our electric mobility scooters, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy before placing an order.
Once the outer packaging has been opened or removed, we may not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size not as expected, product not suitable, change of mind, color preference, or the scooter being too large, too heavy, or unable to fit the intended space.
7. Product Use and Safety
NexWheel scooters are designed for adult use and must be operated responsibly. Customers are responsible for reading the manual, following safety instructions, checking local rules, and using the scooter only in safe and appropriate environments.
Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity, speed limitations, terrain guidelines, or usage instructions. Always use proper caution when riding near pedestrians, vehicles, slopes, uneven surfaces, wet conditions, or low-light environments.
NexWheel is not responsible for injuries, damage, or losses caused by misuse, unsafe operation, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, or use in unsuitable conditions.
8. Assembly and Maintenance
Most scooters arrive mostly pre-assembled, but certain parts such as baskets, trunks, mirrors, or accessories may require installation. Customers are responsible for proper assembly, inspection, charging, and maintenance.
If you are unsure how to assemble or operate the product, please contact us before use.
9. Warranty and Support
Some products may include limited support or warranty coverage as described on the product page or order documentation. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, improper charging, water damage, normal wear and tear, commercial abuse, or failure to follow instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layouts, and design elements, belongs to NexWheel or our content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product related to the claim.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the NexWheel website.
1. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for determining whether a scooter is suitable for their needs before purchasing. Please carefully review product size, seat height, total weight, load capacity, speed, range, battery type, terrain capability, and storage requirements.
If you are unsure which model is right for you, please contact our support team before placing your order.
2. Large Item Notice
NexWheel scooters are heavy-duty products. Some models may weigh more than 200 lbs or 300 lbs and may require two people to move, unpack, or assemble safely.
Customers should confirm that the scooter can fit through doorways, elevators, garages, ramps, parking spaces, and storage areas before ordering.
3. Delivery Responsibility
Once a product is shipped, customers are responsible for receiving the shipment, inspecting the packaging, and communicating with the carrier if a delivery appointment is required.
Failed delivery, missed appointment, incorrect address, refusal of shipment, or inability to receive freight delivery may result in additional shipping, storage, return freight, or handling fees.
4. Damage Claims
Shipping damage must be reported as soon as possible. Please provide photos or videos of the outer packaging, product, shipping label, and damaged area.
Failure to report damage in a timely manner may affect our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a resolution.
5. Return Authorization
All returns require prior written authorization from NexWheel. Products returned without authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Approved returns must include all parts, accessories, manuals, keys, chargers, packaging, and protective materials.
6. Restocking and Freight Fees
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return freight charges, handling fees, damage deductions, missing part deductions, or repackaging fees.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation. Refusing delivery after shipment may result in freight and handling deductions.
8. Product Modifications
Unauthorized product modification, improper repair, disassembly, wiring changes, battery modification, or use of non-approved parts may void warranty coverage and may create safety risks.
9. Local Laws and Regulations
Customers are responsible for checking and following local laws, community rules, park rules, road-use rules, resort rules, HOA rules, and any applicable requirements related to electric scooters or mobility devices.
10. No Medical Advice
Information on our website is for general product information only. NexWheel does not provide medical advice. If you have health, disability, mobility, or safety concerns, please consult a qualified professional before using any mobility product.
